Using Junto
These product terms apply when you use the Junto website, help pages, or strategy desk. Use the product only if you can understand and accept these terms and comply with rules that apply to you. No company identity, governing-law forum, or geographic availability is asserted here where the current product materials do not establish one.
Research software, not advice
Junto provides software for viewing sourced market information, writing rules, and operating paper or supported execution workflows. It is not personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice; it is not a promise of profit; and it does not decide whether a trade is suitable for you.
Market and execution risk
Digital assets, perpetual contracts, leverage, and thin-liquidity markets can move sharply. You can lose all capital committed to a position and may face venue-specific obligations. Paper results are simulations and do not predict live fills, fees, slippage, funding, latency, or future performance.
Wallets, accounts, and instructions
You are responsible for the wallet, account, network, permissions, order details, and risk limits you select. A connection or message signature is not the same as every later transaction approval. Read each wallet prompt and verify the destination. Never give Junto or anyone else your seed phrase or private key.
Data can be delayed or wrong
Quotes, candles, percentages, pool attributes, account reads, and news can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, duplicated, or wrong. Source labels and unknown-state markers help you verify a value; they do not guarantee it. Confirm important information at the relevant venue before acting.
Acceptable use
Do not use Junto to break law, bypass access or security controls, interfere with the service, deceive other people, probe accounts you do not control, or submit malicious code. Do not present Junto output as verified when the interface marks it unknown or unverified.
Availability and changes
Features and data sources may change, fail, or be withdrawn. Junto does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free output. Material changes to these terms should appear here with a new effective date; continued use after an update means the updated product terms apply to that use.
