Scope
This notice covers the Junto website, public help pages, access forms, and strategy desk. It describes the product as it exists on the effective date; a linked service or trading venue may publish its own notice for its part of a transaction.
Data the product handles
Junto handles information you choose to submit, such as access-form fields and feedback. When you connect supported services, the product can also handle a public wallet address, signed authentication messages, connection settings, and account or trading records needed to show or perform the action you requested.
The service and its hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as timestamps, requested URLs, network information, and error records. Do not submit a seed phrase, private key, or other secret through any Junto field.
Why data is used
Data is used to provide the screen or action you request, maintain authentication and connection state, operate user-directed paper or live workflows, respond to feedback, diagnose failures, and protect the service. Junto does not turn an unverified market value into a guaranteed fact or return.
Browser storage and external services
Language, theme, onboarding, tour, and workflow preferences can be stored in your browser or in first-party cookies so the interface remembers your choices. Clearing site data removes those local choices and may sign you out or reset the experience.
Market-data providers, wallet software, trading venues, and sites reached through external links handle their own connections under their own notices. Review the destination and the wallet prompt before continuing.
Retention and your choices
Retention depends on the record and the operational, security, or legal reason for keeping it; this notice does not state a fixed period that the current product cannot substantiate. You can clear browser-stored preferences at any time. Use the Feedback link below for an access, correction, or deletion request, and do not include wallet secrets in that request.
Updates and questions
If the product or its data handling changes materially, this page should be updated with a new effective date. The Feedback link is the current product contact path for privacy questions.
